1 box | Barilla Fettuccine pasta |
4 tbsp | toasted sesame seed oil |
4 | chicken thighs, diced 1/2 inch |
1 1/2 cup | chicken broth |
1 cup | kimchi, roughly chopped |
2 | radishes, sliced thin |
1 tbsp | radish microgreens for garnish (optional) |
To taste | salt |

Method
Step 1
Place a pot of water to boil. Meanwhile, in a skillet, sauté chicken thighs with sesame oil until brown and thoroughly cooked. Add broth and bring to simmer, season with salt.
Step 2
Cook Barilla Fettuccine pasta according to package directions, drain, and toss with chicken over high heat. Add kimchi, heat up well. When well combined, stir in radish, and garnish with microgreens if available.
