Ingredients

1 box Barilla Macaroni pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cups frozen or canned corn, thawed
1 1/2 cups frozen edamame, thawed
3 cups broccoli florets, small
2 pts cherry tomatoes, halved
6 tbsp prepared teriyaki
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 cup Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, shredded

Method

Step 1

Cook Barilla Macaroni pasta for 1 minute less the recommended cook time, drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, cool down flat on a tray.
